We are looking for a Coordinator for all our Logistics projects to join our team and be part of our growth. If you're having great data analysis and project management skills and hungry for a new adventure, a multinational workplace is waiting for you.

As our Coordinator, Logistics projects, you will look into the different aspects of Logistics and support wherever needed. This includes performance of vendors to ensure having the best and smoothest operation in Oman! You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, build out new projects that help talabat and vendors (both ways) to meet the set of KPIs and targets, analyse all quantitative and qualitative data available to derive insights and priorities when it comes to our vendors' and logistics performance.

You will also support in positioning talabat as a platform of choice for our Partners and contribute to deliver a seamless experience during vendors' journey from onboarding to activation along with first 30 days performance checks. Lastly, you will develop innovative improvement action plans driven by feedback of riders, customers, and partners to make a difference to our vendors' lives!

What's On Your Plate?

Take over various types of logistics / vendor performance related projects, coordinate with the stakeholders, ensure that all targets are achieved.

Analyse logistics and vendor performance, identify opportunities and suggest + execute improvement initiatives.

Identify causes of operational issues as well as symptoms, diagnosis, and cure collaborative problem solving with many different stakeholders in the business: Account management, Driver operations, Customer Service, etc.

Performance Tracking: manage and create reports and dashboards, have the ability to spot blockers in the process through reports, investigate on the root cause, and come up with resolutions, and escalate / report back to the Line Manager whenever necessary.

Assist with new vendor onboarding and training whenever needed.

Support other stakeholders in various tasks within logistics when required or as requested from Line Manager.

What Did We Order?

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Fluency in English and Arabic.

Experience from 1 to 3 years preferably in the food tech or data science industry.

Knowledge of learning tools and styles..

Prior experience in using Looker, Tableau or similar applications for Data Analysis is a plus

Previous experience in a start-up environment or in a technology company ideal but not necessary

Thinking outside of the box to predict and prevent the upcoming issues.
