This role is responsible for assisting new 3PL’s, onboarding and guiding them in processing their documents for Compliance and Legal departments approvals, as well as processing the riders onboarding. Coordinator Logistics Compliance should have an experience in handling classified documents. What's On Your Plate?
Verification of Classified documents
Create Compliance and Legal tickets using the company system (MSD)
Daily monitoring of application and following up with 3PL’s Owners on the documents required by Compliance and Legal Department
Follow-ups on 3PL's applications with Legal and Compliance and ensure 3PL's are onboarded within the service level agreement
Update database and create reports for the management
Manage contracts data and liaise with management and finance
Communicate and guide 3PL’s owners on the onboarding process for riders after contract signing
Monitor 3PL's contract expiration and communicate the renewal of their contracts with 3PL's and Legal Department
Monitor active/inactive contracts and riders count for each contract and report it to the management
Provide support to the line manager to develop standard operating procedures as required
Provide support in any additional tasks requested by the department manager
What Did We Order?
Bachelor's Degree holder
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and GRD function
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in a cross-cultural setting (arabic language is required)
Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time with cross-functional teams
Ability to handle irate individuals in a calm and professional manner
Ability to work under pressure and handle stress
People management skills
Advanced Skills in MS Office, Google docs, and Google Sheets
English and Arabic proficiency is a must
