This role will assist new 3PL's in onboarding and guiding them in processing their documents to compliance and legal departments for approvals, as well as guiding them in the process of onboarding their riders. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling classified documents.

What's On Your Plate? Classified documents verification Create Compliance and Legal tickets using company system (MSD) Daily monitoring of application and follow up with 3PL's Owners regarding their documents required by compliance and legal. Follow-ups on 3pls applications with Legal and Compliance and ensure 3pls are onboarded within service level agreement. Update database and create reports for management Manage contracts data and liaise with management and liaise with finance Guide and communicate 3PL's owners regarding onboarding process for riders after signing the contract. Monitor 3pls contract expiration and communicate with 3pls and legal to renew their contracts. Monitor active/inactive contracts and riders count for each contract and report to management Provide support to line manager to develop standard operating procedures as required Any additional tasks as requested by the department manager

What Did We Order? Bachelor's degree holder Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in a cross-cultural setting. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
