Job Description

:
MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
To provide administrative services to Flight Operations with a focus on the regulatory affairs functions pertaining to the airline
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists in the review and update of manuals ensuring that all amendments have the appropriate approvals in place and are tracked.
Researches various regulators to recommend initiatives that may have a positive impact on the airline.
Reviews EFOS reports as they apply to Flight Operations Regulatory Affairs and present the information to the line manager for review.
Schedules and captures detailed meeting minutes related Regulatory Affairs with applicable stakeholders.
Designs and prepares presentations and other statistical data for Flight Operations Regulatory Affairs.
Proofreads and provides feedback and administrative input on regulatory texts and passages as designed by Management.
Reviews industry articles and trends providing highlights noteworthy information to Management.
Maintains and delivers the quarterly Department newsletter ensuring that relevant matters of interest to the flight crew community are captured.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma
Fluent in English
Administrative experience
Knowledge of Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Years with qualifications: 1 - 3 years

ISR REQUIREMENTS
Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
