Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer invoicing, petty cash.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Prepare and process payroll on a timely basis.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
Respond to inquiries from vendors, customers, and employees regarding financial matters.
Perform general administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
