Contract Drafting and Review
:Draft, review, and modify commercial agreements, ensuring they comply with laws, regulations, and internal policies.Negotiation
:Lead and participate in negotiations for terms and conditions to protect the company's interests and manage risks.Contract Administration
:Manage all aspects of the contract lifecycle, from pre-award through closeout, ensuring timely and coordinated submittals and documentation.Risk and Dispute Management
:Identify and mitigate contract risks, and assist in the resolution of claims and disputes.Stakeholder Communication
:Liaise with internal business units, project managers, and external parties to provide commercial guidance and ensure smooth contract execution.Compliance
:Ensure that all contractual activities and performance comply with relevant regulations, company policies, and contract terms.Record Keeping
:Maintain accurate contract records and files to document contract performance and compliance.Support to Business Units
