We are looking for an experienced Contracts Coordinator to support contract management activities, including handling RFQs/RFPs, service orders, and ensuring confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have strong procurement/contract experience and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main contact for potential bidders during RFQ/RFP, selection, and negotiation stages.
Coordinate the floating, evaluation, and issuance of Service Orders.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or contract management.
Strong knowledge of contract procedures and compliance.
Internal auditing experience is required.
Skills:
Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with various stakeholders.
Good time management and organizational skills.
