Job Summary:



The Purchase & Contracts Coordinator will support purchase operations, sales teams, sales coordination, and business partners by managing contract-related activities. The role ensures accurate documentation, timely follow-ups and effective coordination between internal sales teams and business partners, including the China office.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate closely with the

Sales Team, Sales Coordinators and Business Partners



Act as an

intermediary between departments

to ensure smooth operational workflow

Coordinate with the

China Office

for each contract received

Review and verify contracts for

quantity, requirements, accuracy and compliance



Prepare, consolidate, review and validate

sales, purchase and contract-related reports



Monitor, check and track

sales orders and balance orders



Follow up on

pending orders, outstanding quantities and order status



Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for

contracts, purchase orders and sales orders



Support and perform assigned tasks related to the

Purchase Department



Work closely with the

Manager - Business Development & Operations

on assigned responsibilities

Ensure

timely reporting, data accuracy and record maintenance



Requirements:



Male candidate (as per operational requirement)

Available to

join immediately



Prior experience in

purchase coordination, contract management or sales support

preferred

Strong

coordination, follow-up and reporting skills



Good communication skills for

emails, calls and coordination with overseas offices



Ability to

multitask

and work efficiently under deadlines

Proficient in

MS Excel and basic reporting tools



Experience working with

Odoo or other ERP systems

is an added advantage

Work Location:



Deira, Dubai - UAE

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
