Job Summary:

We are seeking a Contract and Procurement Specialist to manage procurement processes and contract administration for development and infrastructure projects. This role operates on a call-off consultancy basis, providing specialized procurement and contract management services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies for development projects Manage tender processes and vendor selection procedures Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and best practices Monitor contract performance and manage vendor relationships Conduct market analysis and cost assessments Support logistics and supply chain management activities

Required Qualifications:

University degree in Engineering, Economics, Law, Procurement, Logistics, or related field from a recognized institution Minimum 10 years of professional experience in contract management and procurement Strong knowledge of procurement regulations and contract law Experience with international procurement standards and practices Professional procurement certifications (preferred)

Preferred Experience:

Infrastructure development projects Buildings and construction sector procurement Humanitarian and emergency response procurement Fit-out and rehabilitation project contracts Development projects in economic, health, and education sectors
