Job Description
The Contract and Procurement Specialist manages the sourcing, negotiation, and administration of project contracts. This role ensures procurement activities are efficient, transparent, and aligned with project objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
Engineering/Economic, Law, Procurement or Logistics Degree in relevant field from recognized institution
Bilingual English and Arabic is a must
Minimum Experience of 10 years
Experience in contract management and procurement
Knowledge of FIDIC and contractual frameworks
* Strong negotiation and documentation skills
