Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of

(e.g. pasta, steaks, grilled meats, soups, salads, etc.)
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet our restaurant standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen according to food safety regulations.
Manage food prep, cooking times, and plating during peak hours.
Collaborate with the head chef and kitchen staff.
Assist with inventory control and stock rotation.
Follow all health and safety regulations in food handling.

Proven experience as a Continental Cook or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of European cuisine and modern cooking techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
