Monitor stock and assist in inventory management.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
Assist in menu planning and provide creative input for new dishes.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Continental Cook or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of European and Western cuisine, cooking techniques, and plating standards.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment, food safety, and hygiene practices.
Good communication skills.
Culinary diploma or certification is a plus.
