Job Description

We are looking for a

creative and passionate Content & Social Media Specialist

to join our team and help us grow our online presence for both our company and our clients. If you live and breathe social media, have a knack for storytelling, and love staying ahead of trends -- we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy & Management

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals. Manage and oversee all company social accounts (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.). Build and maintain monthly content calendars for consistent posting. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and algorithm changes to optimize reach.
2. Content Creation & Production

Create high-quality, engaging photo and video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, Stories, etc.). Write compelling captions, ad copy, and campaign messaging. Edit and optimize videos, graphics, and other visual assets for maximum engagement. Repurpose existing content (blogs, interviews, events) into social-ready formats.
3. Community Engagement

Engage with followers via comments, DMs, and stories to build strong connections. Collaborate with influencers, creators, and online communities for campaigns. Help grow brand loyalty and advocacy through authentic engagement.

Requirements

Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts (portfolio or examples required). Strong skills in short-form video production and editing. Excellent writing skills in

Arabic and English

. Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later). Ability to analyze engagement metrics and adapt strategy accordingly. Highly creative, proactive, and passionate about digital trends and storytelling.

Bonus:

Experience with AI-assisted tools (copywriting, video editing, or design).

Preferred Candidate Profile

Currently based in the UAE with valid residency/visa. Loves content creation and is naturally creative. Excited to experiment with new ideas, trends, and tools. Understands local culture and can create content that resonates with both Arabic & English audiences.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 24 - 48 per week
