Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with the brand's goals.
Create, edit, and publish engaging content, including photos, videos, reels, and graphics, across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
Manage daily posting schedules, respond to comments/messages, and interact with followers to build engagement.
Collaborate with doctors and staff to create educational and promotional content.
Monitor trends in digital marketing and stay updated with industry best practices.
Analyze social media insights and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
Ensure all content aligns with the brand's tone, identity, and professional standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent photography and videography skills, with the ability to create high-quality content.
Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).
Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and innovative ideas.
Strong writing skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
