Content Management Architect
Job Description
Lead the design, selection, migration, and implementation of a new headless CMS platform. Lead evaluation and recommendation of Headless CMS options based on client needs (Contentful expertise preferred). Define and deliver the high-level and low-level architecture for CMS implementation and integrations. Create detailed content models, content types, and workflows aligned with business needs. Architect and oversee content migration strategy from the existing website to the new CMS. Design reusable templates, components, and API integrations for front-end consumption (React, Next.js preferred). Provide architectural documentation, best practices, and operational handover to delivery teams. Must Have: Expertise in architecting solutions using Headless CMS platforms (must have hands-on experience with Contentful). Strong knowledge of content modeling, GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and content delivery APIs. Knowledge of security standards, including OAuth, SSO, and content access policies.
