Job Requirements - Content Writer / Content Developer

Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, English, Arabic, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in content writing or content development, preferably within a Real Estate Developer, Property Consultancy, or Marketing Agency handling real estate clients. Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and verbal) with the ability to write high-quality, creative, and error-free content in both languages. Proven experience in creating content for real estate projects, property listings, brochures, websites, social media, and marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword usage, and digital content strategies.

Develop high-quality, engaging, and persuasive English and Arabic content for real estate marketing materials, including brochures, project descriptions, websites, blogs, press releases, and social media posts. Write clear and compelling content for property listings, project launches, email campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials. Collaborate with marketing, branding, creative, and sales teams to understand project goals and craft content that supports campaign objectives. Create storylines and narratives for real estate projects that highlight unique features, lifestyle benefits, and value propositions.
