Position Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative

Academic Content Developer

to create high-quality educational content across various subjects. The candidate must possess strong research skills, pedagogical understanding, and the ability to design engaging academic material aligned with curriculum standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and review academic content such as lecture notes, assessments, lesson plans, presentations, and learning modules. Align content with national/international educational standards and frameworks (e.g., CBSE, IB, UGC, etc.). Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), faculty, and instructional designers to ensure academic accuracy and pedagogical effectiveness. Create content for multiple formats including print, online, video scripts, LMS modules, and e-books. Ensure content quality by proofreading, fact-checking, and adhering to institutional guidelines. Stay up-to-date with developments in pedagogy, educational technology, and academic trends. Assist in developing training materials and resources for faculty and students.

Qualifications and Experience:Required:

Master's degree in [Education / English / Science / Commerce / Management / Engineering / relevant academic discipline]. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong academic writing and research skills. Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and content development tools.

Preferred:

Experience in academic content development or instructional design (1-3 years). Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital content platforms. Experience in curriculum mapping and outcome-based education (OBE). Exposure to e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Canva, Adobe Captivate).
