Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Digital Content Designer & Social Media Specialist with

1+ year of experience in Dubai's real estate market

. You'll manage and execute campaigns across

social media, SEO, paid ads, email marketing

, and

website content

to drive brand visibility and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

Plan, create, and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and grow community interaction

Digital Marketing & Advertising

Run paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms Track and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI Implement SEO strategies to improve rankings and visibility

Website & Content Management

Update and manage website content for SEO and user experience Write/edit blog posts, property listings, and landing pages Monitor site performance and suggest improvements

Strategy & Research

Stay updated on digital marketing and real estate trends Develop creative strategies to boost brand awareness and lead generation Align marketing efforts with sales objectives

Requirements:

1+ year of digital marketing experience in Dubai's real estate sector Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO, and content marketing Familiarity with WordPress, basic HTML a plus Strong analytical and reporting skills Excellent communication, writing, and creative thinking abilities
