We are Vartur Real Estate Dubai and we are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and multi-tasking individual to join us as Content Creator and Videographer. Content Creator Responsibilities:
- Research industry-related topics
- Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms
- Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise our company and properties
- Interview industry professionals and incorporate their views in blog posts
- Edit and proofread written pieces before publication
- Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content
- Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)
- Identify customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and recommend new topics
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
- Measure web traffic to content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates)
- Update our websites as needed
- Film videos on set or on location.
- Ensure that equipment for a shoot is present and working.
- Plan the shoot with the creative team and the client.
- Edit footage in post-production.
- Direct other camera operators so that the needed footage is acquired.
- Proven work experience as a Content Creator, or similar role
- Russian Speaker is a plus
- With Real Estate experience is preferred
- Portfolio if available
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Ability to fact-check
- Time-management skills
- Familiarity with SEO
- Excellent computer literacy.
- Proficiency with editing software such as PhotoShop.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Relative fitness and stamina to work long hours.
- Proficiency with camera equipment.
- Real Estate: 1 year (Preferred)
- Russian (Preferred)
- Dubai (Required)
