Job Description
Deus Real Estate is looking for an experienced VIDEOGRAPHER/ CONTENT CREATOR and PHOTOGRAPHER to join our growing team. Key responsibilities: Photographer/Videograper:
- Photograph properties listed for sale or rent to meet the online marketing needs
- Taking photos and videos of buildings, amenities, areas, people and properties
- Coordinate with brokers/clients on site and perform shooting sessions
- Take photo shoots of interior and exterior space of residences
- Help homeowners stage their homes to achieve the best visual and creative results
- Ensure good photo composition, angles and positioning meet the required standards
- Professional editing of photos while applying lighting, contrast,resize and watermarks to bring out the best of the property
- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional shoots and company events.
- Support management and agents with video content for company social media activities
- Posting contents in Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linked in etc)
- Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
- Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
- Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
- Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
- Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
- Promote content on social media
- Identify customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
- Update website content as needed
- Experienced in Real estate photography/videography and Content creator is a MUST.
- Driving license with car is a MUST.

- Have a strong real estate interior portfolio
- Videography skills are required
- A strong eye for visual composition.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, advertisements, and multimedia design.
