The ideal candidate will bring a mix of creativity, technical skill, and a passion for visual storytelling to elevate our client\'s brand through compelling content.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute innovative photo and video content that captures the essence of our brand, engaging and inspiring our audience.

- Oversee the entire production process, from concept development to shooting, editing, and post-production, ensuring content is captivating and aligned with our brand values.

- Employ advanced editing skills and special effects to create visually appealing videos, keeping viewers engaged.

- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to generate creative ideas for brand campaigns, ensuring content is fresh and aligned with current trends.

- Analyze scripts and production requirements to guarantee that content meets brand objectives and messaging.

- Manage and maintain production equipment, ensuring optimal performance for all shoots.

- Stay ahead of social media trends, incorporating innovative practices into content creation to enhance our digital presence.

- Perform a range of editing tasks, including cutting, color correction, and grading, to deliver polished and professional final products.

Requirements

- A minimum of 3 years\' professional experience in video production or a creative agency environment, with a proven track record in content creation.

- Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro, with additional skills in After Effects and Lightroom.

- Capability to produce simple animations and special effects, adding a creative flair to videos.

- Well-versed in the dynamics of social media platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, and how to tailor content for each.

- A solid understanding of color grading and sound mixing is advantageous.

- Exceptional command of the English language, both in writing and verbal communication.

- A creative and innovative thinker, constantly seeking to break new ground in content creation.

- A keen learner, open to embracing new technologies and methodologies in video production.

- Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work.
