Job Role:

We are looking for a creative Content and Social Media Executive to create engaging content, manage social media, and drive brand engagement through impactful content strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and produce on-brand content (images, videos, graphics) for social media platforms.

Plan, schedule, and monitor social media content to increase engagement and reach.

Capture impromptu content during events, product launches, and behind-the-scenes activities.

Analyze content performance and adjust strategies for better results.

Coordinate with teams to align content with marketing goals and brand identity.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and AI tools for content creation and management.

Utilize AI tools for content generation, social media scheduling, and performance analytics to optimize content strategies.

Monitor social media platforms for trends, competitor activities, and potential brand risks.

Develop and execute social media contests, giveaways, and interactive campaigns to boost engagement.

Assist in creating content for email marketing and promotional campaigns.

Manage and maintain the content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting.

Track and report on social media metrics, identifying areas for improvement and recommending actionable strategies.

Qualifications:

. Preferring female candidates

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related.

2+ years in content creation and social media management.

Strong design, photography, and video editing skills.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Familiarity with using CRM software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
