Position Description
We are seeking aspirational graduates interested in a career in Consulting to join our niche Banking Domain and Practice. The position will support Senior Consultants Project Managers and teams of talented, professional business and technology in the delivery of business focused solutions for our clients using Oracle applications, tools and technology. Utilizing sound product skills and experience, the successful applicant will initially work on specific project tasks to achieve successful project outcomes and client confidence and abilities. Longer term you will grow, with the help of extensive training and experience of the team around you, into a team lead and eventually project managers or Subject Matter experts in Business domain or Solution Architecture with full accountability and responsibility of the delivered solution for your own projects.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include:

• Complete ownership of the project from inception to closure including solutions, relationship, staffing, finance, compliance and processes
• Planning and organizing project plans and execution
• Relationship with partners and banks for all project execution activities
• Relationship with Oracle teams (onsite and offshore) for effective solution and delivery of the project deliverables
• Project budgets, financials and controls
• Adherence to Oracle internal processes and project management guidelines
• Working with different internal stake holders in Oracle for effective execution, monitoring and compliance of the project within Oracle processes and standards
• Working with bank and partners for effective planning, organizing and execution of the project within agreed scope and timelines
• Successful execution of the project and ensure deliverables with quality and time as agreed with different stake holders
• Overall ownership of the project and solutions (technical and functional) offered and delivered to the customer (to be ensured with the support of Technical and Functional experts in the team)
• Work together with external vendors who is part of the project to agree upon and ensure responsibilities and cross deliveries for the project
• Experience in project management of Core banking development, implementation and support projects with Chinese banks
• Experience in working with banks and/or Core banking solution providers in China
• Experience in large/medium sized core banking transformation projects with Chinese banks or Foreign banks in China
• Hands on knowledge and expertise on end-to-end core banking transformation methodology
• Experience and understanding of business, technology and operations of Chinese banks
• Experience and expertise in leading a large/ medium sized team of Functional, Technical and PMO consultants for delivering core banking projects.
• Strong Relationship and communication established with senior executives of banks and partners in previous projects
• Experience in working with any other foreign vendor or Core banking implementation projects in China will be an added advantage

Soft Skills:

• Good communication skills
• Leadership skills to lead, motivate and guide a team
• Capability to build and maintain relationships with senior management within organization, customers and partners
• Fluency in English and Chinese Mandarin (read, write and speak)

Others:

• Willingness to relocate to the work location of the ORACLE FLEXCUBE implementation projects in Greater China.
• Experience in working in a multinational company and multi lingual project is an added advantage.
