Qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree in law, the candidate must have pursued legal studies with modules/subjects in both English and Arabic
Mater's Degree in international law, administrative law, or comparative legal studies will be preferred
Legal courses (legislative bodies in Arabic countries)
Familiarity with the UAE legal landscape (HR Law)
Develop internal executive regulations/bylaws and internal policies (from an HR perspective)
Ensure that all policies and practices are compliant with applicable laws and regulatory requirements (preferrable to have this for HR)
Review internal legal documents in both Arabic and English and assess the legal gap and provide advice on legal controls
Conduct research to analyze HR practices and legislations in different countries.
Legal research on HR policies, HR regulations, etc.
