Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly competent and dedicated Consultant in [Specialty] to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert clinical care to patients, leading a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the hospital's academic and quality improvement initiatives. You will demonstrate the highest standards of medical practice and ethical conduct.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Duties:

• Provide comprehensive and specialized medical care to inpatients and outpatients in the field of [Specialty].
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop effective treatment plans.
• Perform specialized procedures and surgeries as required by the specialty (e.g., angioplasty, joint replacements, complex imaging interpretations).
• Lead and manage clinical rounds, supervising junior medical staff (Specialists, Residents, Interns).
• Provide on-call coverage as per the hospital roster.
• Ensure all clinical practices comply with international standards and hospital policies.

Administrative & Leadership Duties:

• Provide professional leadership and supervision to the [Specialty] department/unit.
• Participate in hospital committees (e.g., Quality Improvement, Infection Control, Medical Staff Committee).
• Review and develop clinical protocols and pathways to enhance patient care.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Basic Medical Degree: MBBS or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Post-Graduate Qualification: Board Certification / American Board, UK CCT / CCST, FRCP, FRCs, or equivalent Western qualification in [Specialty].
• License: A valid medical license to practice as a Consultant in [Specialty] from the country of origin.
• UAE Eligibility: Must hold or be eligible for a Consultant-level license from the UAE health regulatory body (DoH/ DHA/ MOH).
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of post-certification experience working as a Consultant in a reputable hospital setting.
