Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled and experienced

Construction Welders

to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal structures and components on-site, ensuring high-quality work that meets industry and safety standards. This role is critical to the successful execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform welding tasks on structural steel, pipes, and other metal components as per project requirements. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications. Operate welding equipment such as MIG, TIG, Stick, and Arc welders safely and efficiently. Inspect welded surfaces for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Collaborate with construction teams to ensure project deadlines are met. Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment. Assist with other construction-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a welder in construction or related industry. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, Arc, etc.). Familiarity with construction site safety regulations and procedures. Physical stamina and ability to work in various environments (outdoors, heights, confined spaces). Relevant welding certifications preferred (e.g., AWS, ASME, or equivalent). Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Welding or related technical field. Experience with structural welding on large-scale construction projects. Ability to operate cutting tools and other fabrication equipment. Basic knowledge of construction processes and materials.
