Construction Technical Manager
Job Description
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Experience: Minimum 5 Years (UAE Experience Required)
Qualification: Architect
We are looking for a qualified Technical Manager to join our construction team in Abu Dhabi. The candidate must be an Architect with strong technical experience in the UAE.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (mandatory)
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in the construction field
Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi authority requirements (ADM, ADDC, Civil Defense, etc.)
Experience in technical coordination, drawings review, and project submissions
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all technical aspects of construction projects
Review drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams
Ensure full compliance with UAE/Abu Dhabi authority standards
Resolve technical issues and support site teams as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
