Role Overview

We are hiring a skilled

Planning Manager

to take charge of scheduling and planning functions across our projects in Dubai. This leadership role is integral to the smooth execution of construction and environmental works, ensuring optimal resource use, adherence to deadlines, and alignment with both technical and strategic project requirements.

What You'll Do

Create and manage integrated project timelines using tools such as

Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Track schedule progress, report on key milestones, and ensure adherence to agreed timelines. Analyze critical path activities,

forecast potential delays

, and develop practical solutions. Coordinate effectively with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and clients to update and maintain project schedules. Generate planning documentation including progress reports, recovery plans, and performance dashboards. Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines, client specifications, and internal quality standards. Collaborate with project teams on resource allocation and sequencing to support overall project delivery. Drive enhancements in planning methodology and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements to Succeed in the Role

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Environmental Science, or a related technical field.

7-10 years

of project planning experience in the UAE construction, infrastructure, or environmental sectors. Hands-on expertise with

Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project

. Familiarity with complex, multi-phase project timelines and multidisciplinary coordination. Strong analytical and organizational capabilities, with the ability to work independently and lead planning discussions. Clear communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills. Experience in green infrastructure, landscaping, or ecological restoration is a bonus. Willingness to work full-time and be present on-site in Dubai. UAE driving license preferred.
