The Construction Planning Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning and scheduling of construction projects to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. This role involves coordinating with project teams, optimizing resource allocation, and mitigating risks to maintain project efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to plan construction activities efficiently. Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions. Analyze resource requirements and optimize manpower, materials, and equipment usage. Prepare progress reports and risk assessments for senior management and stakeholders. Utilize planning tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project for scheduling and tracking. Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and quality guidelines. Work with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment. Participate in project meetings, providing planning insights and strategic recommendations. Implement risk management strategies to address potential schedule disruptions and cost overruns. Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience in construction planning, scheduling, and project management. Seniority Level
