Job Advertisement: Planning Manager for High-Rise Building Project

We are currently seeking a highly skilled

Planning Manager

with 15-20 years of experience for a prestigious

high-rise building project

in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Scheduling:

Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules using project management software, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met on time.

Resource Allocation:

Monitor and manage resource allocation across various project stages, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.

Coordination & Collaboration:

Work closely with the project team, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and progress.

Cost Control:

Monitor project budgets and help in cost estimation to ensure the project stays within financial parameters.

Reporting:

Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting key issues, delays, and progress.

Compliance:

Ensure that all planning processes comply with local laws, regulations, and standards within the UAE.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 15-20 years of experience in planning management, specifically with high-rise building projects.

Location:

Must have prior experience working in the UAE.

Skills:

Strong command of planning tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar software.

Educational Qualification:

A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.

Language:

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
