. The ideal candidate will support planning, costing, and quantity take-offs for ongoing and upcoming projects, ensuring efficient execution and budget control.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare project plans, schedules, and progress tracking reports.
Conduct quantity take-offs, cost estimations, and BOQs.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist in procurement.
Monitor project costs and recommend cost-saving solutions.
Prepare interim payment applications and final accounts.
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and suppliers.
Requirements:
2-4 years of UAE experience
in
construction or fitout projects
.
UAE-attested bachelor's degree
in Civil Engineering or related field -
mandatory
.
Strong skills in project planning and quantity surveying.
Knowledge of local market rates, suppliers, and subcontractors.
UAE Driving License
- preferred.
