Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and meticulous Land Surveyor to join our on-site survey team in Dubai. The selected candidate will support construction projects by conducting topographic, boundary, and as-built surveys, using modern surveying instruments and techniques under the supervision of senior surveyors. Accuracy, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction layout surveys on-site. Operate total stations, GPS devices, and other surveying equipment efficiently. Prepare and maintain survey maps, field notes, and related documentation. Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and site supervisors to ensure seamless project coordination. Check and verify survey data, highlighting discrepancies when needed. Comply with safety procedures and local surveying regulations. Maintain and care for surveying instruments and equipment. Assist senior surveyors in project planning, data processing, and reporting tasks.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of professional land surveying or construction surveying experience in the UAE.

Hands-on experience with total stations, GPS systems, and basic surveying software. Strong knowledge of topographic and boundary survey practices. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to follow instructions, work collaboratively in a team, and adapt to project needs. Strong work ethic, flexibility, and willingness to learn from senior team members.

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
