About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-focused Land Surveyor to join our on-site survey team in Dubai. The successful candidate will assist in conducting topographic, boundary, and as-built surveys using modern surveying instruments, supporting construction projects with precise and accurate data under the guidance of senior survey staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out topographic, boundary, and construction layout surveys. Operate total stations, GPS, and other surveying instruments under supervision. Prepare survey maps, maintain field notes, and document survey data. Collaborate with surveyors, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure project coordination. Verify survey measurements and highlight discrepancies where necessary. Adhere to safety protocols and comply with local surveying regulations. Maintain, organize, and care for surveying equipment and tools. Assist senior surveyors with project planning, data processing, and reporting tasks.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of land surveying or construction experience in the UAE. Familiarity with total station equipment, GPS systems, and basic surveying software. Understanding of topographic and boundary survey methodologies. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate data collection. Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment. Demonstrated work ethic, adaptability, and willingness to learn from senior team members.

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
