Responsibilities
Monitor assigned subcontractors performance against scope, and schedule baselines, and adherence to project quality plan.
Follow up materials and shop drawings submittals
Technical support for the construction team
Liaising with the consultant office and resolve issues rising through the construction.
Follow up NCRs and site instructions closure
Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports
