Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities for high-rise buildings.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction laws.
Resolve technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Prepare progress reports and attend project meetings with stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the UAE
in the construction field with
building contracting sector
specifically in high-rise building projects.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Solid knowledge of UAE construction regulations and standards.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
