Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Construction Manager

with a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in the

UAE construction industry

, specifically managing the end-to-end execution of

high-rise tower projects

. The successful candidate will oversee all construction activities, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations of high-rise construction projects. Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and construction teams. Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements (UAE building codes, local municipality regulations, etc.). Prepare and monitor project schedules, timelines, and cost estimates using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project. Manage procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and manpower. Liaise with consultants, architects, and clients to resolve technical and execution-related issues. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to health and safety standards. Lead progress meetings and provide detailed project reports to senior management. Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of construction experience in the UAE, with a strong focus on high-rise towers. In-depth knowledge of local construction laws, permits, authority approvals (Dubai Municipality, DM, Trakhees, etc.). Strong leadership, coordination, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, AutoCAD, MS Project). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
