Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee site construction activities for high-rise projects
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors
Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, schedule, and budget
Monitor site progress, productivity, and quality standards
Enforce HSE compliance and company policies
Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently
Requirements
Minimum 15 years of experience in construction projects
Strong experience with
UAE main contractor high-rise buildings
Excellent leadership and coordination skills
Ability to manage large site teams and multiple stakeholders
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
