About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled
Construction Manager
with strong experience inhigh-rise building projects (40+ floors)
. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex, large-scale construction works from planning through execution, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all site construction activities for high-rise projects. Coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budget requirements. Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and resolve any technical or construction issues. Implement and maintain strict safety and quality standards onsite. Review and approve material submissions, shop drawings, and method statements. Lead site meetings and ensure proper communication across all teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum
8-12 years of experience
, with at least5+ years managing high-rise buildings of 40+ floors
. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and project management principles. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Experience in the UAE/GCC region is an advantage.Preferred Skills:
PMP or similar certification. Strong technical background in structural and architectural coordination. Ability to lead diverse teams and ensure smooth site operations.
