Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated
Construction Manager
to oversee and manage all on-site construction activities for high-end
interior fit-out projects
in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must have a
minimum of 10 years' experience
in managing interior fit-out works, with deep expertise in site execution, planning, subcontractor coordination, and quality assurance for luxury commercial, retail, or hospitality spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Execution & Site Management:
Lead and manage day-to-day on-site construction activities for interior fit-out works, ensuring timely execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
Review and interpret shop drawings and construction documents to ensure accuracy during implementation.
Coordinate and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow and adherence to project schedules.
Monitor the progress of work against project milestones and take corrective action when necessary.
Construction Planning & Scheduling:
Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules, short-term lookahead programs, and resource plans.
Coordinate with the project team to plan deliveries, access requirements, and daily construction activities.
Ensure all works are completed in accordance with the project timeline and budget.
Quality & Safety Assurance:
Ensure all interior fit-out works are carried out to the highest standards of quality and workmanship.
Conduct regular inspections and issue snag lists; follow up to ensure rectification.
Enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards and site safety protocols.
Liaise with QA/QC teams to ensure work is in compliance with project and regulatory standards.
Subcontractor & Vendor Coordination:
Oversee subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with scope, quality, and schedule.
Conduct regular coordination meetings with subcontractors to resolve site-related issues.
Verify and certify subcontractor progress for billing and documentation purposes.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain detailed daily site reports, material delivery logs, manpower records, and progress photos.
Provide weekly and monthly progress reports to the Project Manager/Client as required.
Assist in the preparation of handover documentation, including as-built drawings, warranties, and snagging reports.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works, including gypsum partitions, ceiling works, flooring, joinery, wall finishes, and decorative elements.
Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple trades and activities on site.
Sound understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing for high-end interiors.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage site teams effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
Familiarity with construction software and tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, etc.).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out construction in the GCC region (KSA experience preferred).
Strong track record of delivering high-quality interior projects on time and within budget.
Valid Saudi work visa or willingness to relocate to KSA.
