Job title: Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Oversee financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for construction or fit-out projects in Dubai.
- Accounting and Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies in the UAE.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the construction or fit-out industry in Dubai.
- Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry standards in the UAE.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Construction or Fitout Industry Experience: Experience working in the construction or fit-out industry in Dubai, with knowledge of industry-specific accounting and financial requirements.
- UAE Accounting Standards: Familiarity with UAE accounting standards and financial regulations
Salary AED 10000-15000 + Benefits as per UAE law
