Job Summary:
The Fit-Out Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. The Fit-Out Manager coordinates with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to achieve successful project outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in fit-out project management, preferably for a residential Villa.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and interior finishes.
Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, etc.).
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
