within operational environments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Brownfield construction activities:
Pipe rack revamps, VRU modifications, compressor shelters, and structural upgrades.
Tie-in works, shutdown activities, and piping/electrical modifications.
E&I works including cable tray installation, cable pulling, grounding, and substation tie-ins.
Scaffolding, lifting, welding, confined space, and isolation management.
Enforce SIMOPS and PTW procedures for live facilities.
Coordinate with operations to minimize downtime and optimize shutdown windows.
Ensure compliance with QELNG HSSE requirements and international standards.
Manage subcontractors, QA/QC inspections, and commissioning interfaces.
Deliver safe and timely handover of Brownfield scopes.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
15+ years' EPC experience with focus on Brownfield LNG/Oil & Gas projects.
Strong expertise in SIMOPS, PTW systems, shutdown planning, and tie-in works.
Knowledge of international piping, structural, and E&I standards.
Certifications: NEBOSH/IOSH mandatory; Rigging/Lifting Supervisor, Welding Inspector preferred.
