Construction Managers (Brownfield)
to lead complex site operations while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with EPC-3 requirements.
Role Overview
The
Construction Manager (Brownfield)
will oversee modifications, tie-ins, shutdowns, and upgrades of live Oil & Gas facilities. The role requires strong technical expertise in brownfield execution, proven leadership, and compliance with SHES standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage brownfield construction activities with minimal disruption to live operations.
Supervise Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, and SHES/QAQC teams.
Develop execution plans and coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and safety requirements.
Enforce SHES and PTW requirements; conduct audits, inspections, and toolbox talks.
Track progress, prepare reports, and document claims, delays, and KPIs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
12-15 years' experience
in Oil & Gas, with proven brownfield project execution in Qatar/GCC.
Proficient in
Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Office
.
Strong knowledge of API, ASME, ISO standards.
Certifications:
H2S & Confined Space (mandatory), PMP/NEBOSH preferred.
