Key Responsibilities:
Conduct accurate
topographic, boundary, and layout surveys
for high-rise building projects.
Verify and establish
horizontal and vertical control points
, benchmarks, and reference lines.
Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and contractors to interpret drawings and ensure survey data aligns with project requirements.
Supervise and guide junior surveyors and survey teams on-site.
Monitor and ensure compliance with local regulations and project specifications.
Maintain accurate records of all survey work and submit detailed reports and drawings.
Perform
as-built surveys
and generate necessary documentation.
Use
total stations, GPS, digital levels, and other modern surveying instruments
effectively.
Ensure
surveying equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in
Surveying, Civil Engineering
, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience
in land surveying, with at least
3 years on high-rise building projects
.
Strong knowledge of
UAE construction regulations, site safety
, and survey standards.
Proficient in
AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and surveying software
(e.g., Leica, Trimble, or Topcon).
Excellent
communication, leadership, and organizational
skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Valid UAE
driving license
is preferred.
