Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 15 years of experience in the contracting/construction in UAE
UAE Driving License
Proven track record overseeing high-rise buildings (40+ storeys preferred) and complex mixed-use developments.
In-depth knowledge of UAE construction regulations, authority processes, and strong relationships with top developers and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership to all departments to achieve company objectives.
Oversee daily operations including project management, finance, procurement, HR, and business development.
Ensure all projects are executed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Develop and implement business strategies to expand market presence.
Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control measures.
Strengthen relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain a high-performance culture.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
