About the Role

A leading UAE-based construction contracting company seeks an experienced General Manager to lead overall business operations, drive growth, and ensure sustainable profitability. The successful candidate will oversee strategic planning, operational excellence, and stakeholder relations across all functions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic and operational plans to achieve business objectives. Lead and guide functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and reporting to ensure profitability. Represent the company to clients, government entities, and key partners. Ensure compliance with corporate governance and local regulations. Promote a high-performance culture and develop leadership within the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering; Master's degree preferred. 15+ years in senior management within the contracting or construction sector. Proven success in leading complex projects and driving business growth. PMP certification is an advantage. Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills. Proficient in English and Arabic

Pay: AED80,000.00 per month
