Operate and maintain batching plant equipment to ensure smooth production of ready-mix concrete.
Should have minimum 3 years +experience
Monitor mixing process, water-cement ratio, and admixtures for quality control.
Calibrate plant and scales regularly to maintain accurate batching.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Coordinate with site engineers and dispatchers for timely delivery.
Perform troubleshooting and minor repairs on plant machinery.
Maintain daily production and maintenance records.
Requirements:
Diploma / Technical Certificate in Civil, Mechanical, or related field.
Minimum [X] years of experience in a concrete batching plant.
Knowledge of concrete mix design, raw materials, and quality testing.
Familiarity with computerized batching systems.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.
