Team Leader

What You'll Be Doing
Lead, coach, and inspire
a team of business setup consultants to meet and exceed sales targets.
Manage your own
monthly personal sales targets
while growing the pipeline.
Strategize and launch sales initiatives
that drive lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
Work hand-in-hand with the CEO on scaling operations and delivering an exceptional client experience.
Continuously review and optimize team performance, processes, and outcomes.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2-3 years experience in business setup and sales in the UAE
( this is non-negotiable.)
Proven ability to
meet individual sales quotas
and manage client accounts from lead to license.
Leadership capability with a
track record of mentoring and scaling teams
.
Strategic thinker who thrives on
initiative, ownership, and high performance
.
Excellent communicator with strong organizational and negotiation skills.
