to join our team, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring smooth transportation operations.
Job Responsibilities
Concierge Services:
Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and property orientations.
Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities.
Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure units are in top condition.
Assist with guest requests such as grocery deliveries, restaurant reservations, or tour bookings.
Deliver essential supplies (e.g., linens, toiletries) to holiday home units.
Handle property inspections and oversee any urgent service calls.
Support office staff with administrative or operational errands.
Requirements:
? Valid UAE driving license .
? Minimum 2 years of driving experience in Dubai.
? Knowledge of Dubai roads, landmarks, and tourist areas.
? Customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or property management.
? Well-groomed, polite, and professional demeanor.
? Basic English communication skills (additional languages are a plus).
? Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
