Position Overview
Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced Compliance Systems Specialist to support and enhance screening systems across our operations in Dubai. This role involves direct management of platforms like Fircosoft for customer and transaction screening, ensuring system stability, compliance, and security within regulated environments.
What You'll Do

• Lead daily operations of screening systems, including Fircosoft, used across multiple regions
• Maintain system performance, coordinate enhancements, and manage patches and upgrades
• Investigate incidents and defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes
• Proactively monitor data quality, generate reports, and suggest automation or efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure system compliance with IT governance
• Ensure adherence to change control, information security, and incident management policies
• Work with stakeholders to streamline features and integrations for compliance-related applications
• Support team members with documentation, troubleshooting, and knowledge sharing

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in financial services or IT sector
• Strong understanding of Fircosoft platforms and compliance screening
• Practical knowledge of Continuity, Trust, FSK modules; familiarity with De-rap, ERF, and pairing tools is a plus
• Advanced skills in UNIX/Linux scripting and Windows batch automation
• Strong database experience in Oracle and SQL Server (SQL and PL/SQL)
• Understanding of system integration and compliance reporting requirements
• Effective communicator with leadership ability and problem-solving mindset
• Familiarity with development workflows, analytics tools (e.g., Power BI), and security frameworks
